June Excursion - Boise Watershed

Join the IdEEA board and fellow educators for a informational virtual presentation by the Boise WaterShed. Over the next year, the WaterShed is expanding its mission to include climate change education. Hear from Education Manager, Cindy Busche, why and how the mission shift is occurring, then hear from Water Education Coordinator, Augie Gabrielli, about why people fail at effective climate change communication. You’ll learn some useful strategies that are applicable to all educators.  We are postponing the outdoor tour of the Boise WaterShed river campus, which features the largest concentration of public art in the state and a nature play area.
